Group’s Experience

¨It’s rather an enjoying & fruitful experience ^0^
¨Speed is Everything !
¨But must also be aware to maintain quality
    of Service level while dealing with the speedy service.

                  For the research next time, it’s more interesting
                  to look at the hidden message with regard to
                  place you want to interview that can help us gain
                  deeper insights ahead of perceiving things at surface
                  value.

Solution

¨Create a Menu Interface on each table and the customers will have the order info and once they have decided, the order will be transmitted to main server counter.
¨This saves time and people can freely choose without having to worry about the queue behind them.

Hidden Message in Starbucks

¨Customers show discontentment and throw all sort of complaints with regard to speed of service on manager.
¨Manager’s mood gets affected and vent his anger on his subordinates, this is a typical scenario that can be seen everywhere
        we human love compliments and hate to be screwed !


Why Starbucks?

¨Every member in our group has a common liking. And that is patronizing Starbucks.
¨Starbucks has been rising rapidly over the past few years, and thus a need to upgrade their services. And eventually creating a design opportunity for us.

Another Concepts to sell

We have discussed and have come out with some great ideas to express our-self to those people we wanted to let them know our true feeling. We have come with ideas of naming set meals with names such as," Sorry", " I love you", "Thank you" and "I care about you". Because a lot of people have difficulty expressing their-self to someone, we created this set meal names so that they can order the meal to the one they want to express their feeling to. Example if James like Jamey, but he is shy to express his love to him. He can ask Jamey to come to our outlet or restaurant and order set meal " I love you" to her to express his feeling to her. This will make the atmosphere  less awkward and more easy to express their true feeling.

Observation, personal comments and experience in Starbucks


From what i usually observe when i walk past or go into Starbucks, i always will smell a very strong coffee fragrance coming out from their stall. Their interior design of their shop are usually very cosy, with armchair and sofa placed in their shop. From what i experience in Starbucks when i drink their coffee in there is that i will feel very comfortable in it as though Starbucks is my own home, because it environment and settings really make me feel very cosy. The coffee smell from Starbucks also make me have the mood to enjoy the coffee in their shop and not just to drink coffee because i am thirsty.

    is all aboUt Xperience that can make us feel delightful,merrier,triggering memories
   that we are/were shared together.

3.My concept shops revolve around 'Apology' Meals or 'Apology' Gifts that
   can pull you and your friends/relatives/parents/or even for the loved ones
   together with stronger bonds.

4.So my concept shops serve as a platform to help everyone to learn sensitivity and gain understanding
   between each other through our inner souls  before it is too late to 挽回 ... ... ...

Observation : Asians are generally more conservative and found themselves hard and scared to open     whole-heartedly to express apology through direct confrontation. People somehow unaware of their behaviour that can be hurtful to other people subconsciously like the harsh tone you project to your partners whom you do not feel what is wrong but others who are hyper sensitive might misunderstand it as 'you do not like me anymore,last time you speak 'soft soft gentle gentle' , that kind of mentality that can result in more problems ( >.< No way'')
